The 1.4 mm tube wall thickness, thicker than typical trampolines, significantly enhances the frame's load-bearing capacity and resistance to deformation, easily withstanding the various stresses of daily use and providing a solid foundation for overall structural stability.

To further enhance stability, the model features six U-shaped feet. The legs are galvanized inside and out, measuring φ38 x 1.0 mm. The U-shaped feet provide a larger contact area with the ground, evenly distributing weight and movement pressure. This effectively reduces the ground load per unit area and minimizes wobbling during use. Even on uneven outdoor surfaces, the six U-shaped feet achieve optimum grounding, enhancing overall balance and safety.

Safety is paramount, and the design of the jumping mat and spring cover directly affects user protection. Featuring meticulous engineering, there is a seamless fit between the mat and cover. The mat is constructed from 260g PP, offering superior UV resistance to prevent aging and fading. The spring cover combines 280g/m² PVC, 10mm EPE, and 120g/m² PE to cushion and encase all 108 springs (φ3.1 x 178mm steel wire). This snug fit eliminates the risk of feet or toes becoming trapped during jumping.

The specially widened design for the 16-foot trampoline significantly increases the usable jumping surface. A wider area allows greater freedom of movement, reduces collision risks, and enhances comfort. Additionally, the 180 cm high enclosure net supported by 24 galvanized rails (φ25 x 1.0 mm) offers complete protection for worry-free fun.

• 3 With stitching facing down, place the jumping mat inside the frame. Hook springs into the mat's triangle rings and connect opposite ends to the frame until all springs are installed.
• 4 Position the cover pads on the outer edge to completely cover the springs, securing them with the integrated straps.
• 5 Insert screws into the pole holes and tighten with a wrench. Connect all safety poles to the trampoline legs.
• 6 Slide the safety net over the poles, pulling gently to the bottom. Attach enclosure hooks to the nearest triangle rings, zip the entrance, and secure all safety hooks.
