This design also better aligns with human motion mechanics, allowing children to better execute their movements and achieve a higher-quality jumping experience. From a mechanical perspective, rectangular trampolines provide more even force distribution. When children jump, springs in different positions distribute the pressure more effectively, extending the spring life and enhancing the overall stability of the trampoline compared to round trampolines.
Our trampolines are equipped with high-quality, tightly woven polyethylene high-density fence netting. This netting's extremely tight weave effectively prevents children's fingers from entering dangerous areas, preventing accidental pinching and injury. The tight weave provides excellent toughness and strength, making it resistant to tearing or damage, ensuring long-term safety for children.
Our trampolines utilize hot-dip galvanized inner and outer frame tubes and "W"-shaped legs. This design offers numerous advantages. The hot-dip galvanizing process coats both the inner and outer frames with a uniform, highly adherent zinc layer. Research shows that hot-dip galvanized steel tubes significantly improve corrosion resistance, extending their service life several times that of ordinary steel tubes. In harsh outdoor environments like humidity, sun, and rain, the hot-dip galvanized frame tubes effectively resist atmospheric oxygen and moisture, ensuring the trampoline is easily protected from rust and damage. The "W"-shaped legs significantly enhance the trampoline's stability. From a structural mechanics perspective, the "W"-shaped legs provide a larger contact area with the ground and are more optimally distributed, effectively distributing pressure on the trampoline. Even when a child's center of gravity shifts frequently due to vigorous jumping, the trampoline remains firmly fixed to the ground, creating a stable and safe space for users.
The safety net, made of high-quality, tightly woven polyethylene, offers unique advantages. The tightly woven structure not only prevents fingers from entering dangerous areas, but the material itself also offers excellent flexibility and strength. Compared to traditional metal fencing, the polyethylene safety net is rust-resistant and exhibits a certain degree of elasticity. If a child accidentally bumps into the net, the net acts as a cushion, reducing the impact and harming the child's body. Furthermore, this material offers excellent UV resistance, making it resistant to aging and deformation even after prolonged exposure to sunlight, maintaining its excellent protective properties.
Our trampoline spring covers range from 18 to 20 cm in width and 12 to 18 mm in thickness. They are filled with EPE foam and coated with PVC. The wide width and appropriate thickness fully cover the springs, effectively preventing children from accidentally touching the springs during play. The EPE foam provides excellent cushioning properties, absorbing the impact and providing protection when a child accidentally bumps into the cover. The PVC coating not only enhances the cover's wear resistance but also provides excellent UV protection. In outdoor environments, ultraviolet rays significantly age plastic products, but the PVC coating can effectively block ultraviolet rays, extending the service life of the spring cover and ensuring its long-term stability in protective performance.
